A long hair cat you DON'T have to brush- What a concept!! Ragdolls coats are fur like (much like an angora rabbit), rather than hair, this means Little to NO matting, unlike most all other longhaired breeds. Low shedding and semi-hypoallergenic. All Ragdolls have gorgeous blue eyes and love to be held, hence their name for relaxing like a 'ragdoll' in your arms. Ragdolls are very 'trainable', learn tricks quickly, and common breed trait is their ability to play 'fetch' like a dog (see our fun feline video page for proof!). Ragdolls are very social and love to be part of daily family activity unlike most cat breeds that prefer seclusion. They are a perfect cat for children, and get along well with non-aggressive dogs. The Ragdoll's only downfall is their lack of defense with no "fight" instinct. They are an indoor cat because of this. After a lifelong love for these furry felines we now live in a world of Ragdolls.
Beginning by carefully selecting breeding stock from established breeders, we now breed top pedigreed kittens for the show ring or living room. Once you become familiar with this outstanding breed you will be hooked!
